We also provide an email service for any correspondence. However, we urge customers not to send an email more than once before receiving a response from us as this will reset your location in our response queue and may cause a Delayed response We expect most customers to get answers to their questions within 48 hours during their busy periods.

I Want to Discuss My Delivery

Tracking information

For your order, it will be sent by email once we ship your order. You should receive an email before 8:00 PM the day before delivery with the subject line: “Your floor order is due for delivery.”

Delivery time

Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a specific delivery time for courier shipments. For this reason, we recommend that you check the tracking link in the above-mentioned email daily as the status will update to “Out For Delivery” on the day the order is loaded to the delivery vehicle to save. Unnecessary waits, if applicable Unexpected delay If your order is being shipped by one of our vehicles, we will contact you if we have an issue that will prevent delivery to occur on your desired date.

Shipment

We expect most orders to ship within 3 business days of ordering. Please do contact us to catch up with your order within 3 working days, the number of times offered on the site, as we will not be able to provide updates for your order.

You should continue to follow up using the link provided in the email titled: “Your order is due for delivery.” If you do not receive your order after 3 business days, we can track the courier on behalf of “your order”. You and try to keep it updated, but only at this point

Off the list

If you are unable to receive your delivery, please leave a signed record and date at your door with details of where you would like to leave your belongings.

The driver calls ahead.

We send your contact details to us during checkout to the courier. But we can’t guarantee that the driver will call in advance. In many cases, the delivery driver doesn’t have a company phone, so they won’t call ahead. For this reason, if there is any chance that you will not be at home for the delivery, we strongly recommend leaving your signed and dated record with instructions on where to leave the order according to my issue. I Want to Discuss Samples

Sample order

You can order samples for free through the product page. You can order up to 6 samples at one time. As customer service works from home, we can only process samples ordered through our website at this time.

Sample delivery time

In most cases, samples should arrive within 3-5 business days after ordering. In some areas, there may be a delay related to COVID-19, so please allow up to a week for your sample to arrive. If they do not arrive within a week of your request, please submit another request through the website.

I don’t get all my samples.

Due to a large number of requests and processing times, we are now shipping the available instead of holding the order until all the requested samples have been sent. If you can’t find samples from your pack that you still want to see, please request a new one through the website.

The area I want to order shows whether it is out of stock, discontinued, or no longer available.

Some items are currently unavailable for purchase due to supply issues related to manufacturer shutdowns due to COVID-19.

As soon as we have products in stock, they will be available for purchase again. Unfortunately, we can’t set a specific time for when items will be back in stock.

I Want to Discuss a Return

We can accept the return of any unwanted item if it has not been cut off, altered, or installed in any way and can be returned in its original packaging.
